I had (still have to some degree) some drop out issues with my phantoms.
It improved considerably when I set up to have both phantoms and dialog on one power strip. Not easy to configure the room this way but it did improve (not eliminate) the issue. Check also in spark to see how both phantoms are receiving as can be Plc, WiFi or Ethernet and I found having both the same rather than different helped.
