Hi and sorry if covered before,


newly upgraded CI.  Worked fine for 24 hrs, then lost AIR contact on Mac Book pro TIDAL.  Inserted card with reconfigure but keep getting "SD Error contact support".   

Any ideas?

I have re-formatted card and same problem.

Only have phono now.


also no remote (they neglected to return it from upgrade)

Does the card still work? Can you see files on it, delete / add files etc? If so, it should work. Try again. Maybe read this:

I have card working (was mac configured not FAT DOS).  


However now in deviate AIR desktop displays   Expert pro 220 ETH  in grey not black.  I cannot get it to connect via AIR despite reconfiguring with now functional card (using identical settings for WiFi that worked previously!!!).


Trying to play TIDAL via wifi/AIR via MacBook pro

Any advice very much appreciated guys
