To update my 220 pro with core infinite, should I use a SD Card with a bigger capacity or can I use the original one?

I did it yesterday on my 220 and was with the same card.
First the firmware and the configuration. Two actions, same card.
One can't buy presently a SD card with a capacity lower than what is required (68MB for Firmware/OS))
Yes, I have just updated it using the original SD Card... works fine!
