Glad to see Devialet is getting active again after a worrisome time. Those follow Devialet know there has been a quite a long history of promises made and not delivering. This even lead to the online petition signed my many customers. When former CEO himself promised to change tack ... just very little happened.
I do think the number one question to face (no matter what News get announced) is what is different with the approach taken now - why should customers again regain trust in Devialet? Which unfortunately actively disappointed customers by creating a beta community, CI logbook with the clear intention / statement to provide regular feedback and be instantly available to questions and have an ongoing dialogue.

Being in the brand management business for over 20 years it’s a big challenge Deviaket is facing. And if not starting to make the right decisions further brand destruction is inevitable - which might even be hard to fix ever after.

I think Devialet got the message about RAAT when we first got our CI boards and they didn’t work so well, but knowing you need to do something and actually doing it aren’t the same thing! Especially with Devialet

Yes, updates would be greatly appreciated as we don't know when Devialet will formally advise of the changes/updates, and even then the info supplied may be limited.

Hope you get the answers you're looking for, Devialet are fully open/transparent with their replies, and they also manage to give you positive news that will put a smile on all our faces
