Having just bought a pair of Neat Iota Alpha mini (very mini!) floorstanders for a second room I'm disappointed that they are not included in the SAM profile. Is there a reason for this?
SAM has made a huge difference to my main system with a pair of Spendors so I was hoping the Neats would benefit as well. But it seems they haven't been profiled yet.
when they have traveled around with this SAM measurement tool and SAM,ed speakers they have been dependent of people brought their speakers in for configuration, ala Neat Iota Alpha mini
Devialet has SAM profiles for many speakers, over 800, I believe. Many of these are for brands I've never heard of, and I'm sure that is true for many others here. Even with that speaker count, many of us have speakers that have no SAM profile and likely never will. Some owners have actually shipped one speaker to France for profiling; others have been fortunate enough to be in a city that had the mobile lab set up and were able to get their speakers profiled.

So, the reason is that it would be a huge task to profile every available speaker, even with current models. Neat makes wonderful speakers; I still have a pair of Mk II Mystiques in my house, collecting dust. No profile for them, nor for my Lawrence Audio's, but with only a few hundred pairs worldwide, I'm not expecting it. I too would love a SAM profile, but that is just the way of the world. The Iota may be popular enough that it will get a profile in the future, especially if someone in Europe can get Devialet a speaker to measure.
I do not know from which firmware version onward but there has been a moment where I stopped using SAM. May I suggest you upgrade to the most recent firmware and do a critical listening without SAM on your main system? Maybe you would be surprised as how good it sounds today without SAM.
