Getting a 440-Pro CI with AudioQuest Oak speaker cables [on Loan] from a friend in the weekend ... will turn the 440-Pro CI as 2 x 220-Pro Companions in mono (essentially 440 watts @ 6 ohms) along with my 440-Pro CI and attempt bi-amping my B&W 802 D3 ...

Thank you !  I am very-very optimistic as have personally witnessed at Abbey Road Studios what bi-amping can do to the B&Ws (sadly with Classe amplifiers). Devialets will be massively better ...
A pair of Expert 220-Pro slaves just arrived. Now awaiting for the delivery of AQ Oak speaker cables on order.

Can't wait to install them bi-amping the B&W 802 D3 with 2 x 440-Pro per speaker.

I bi-amped my B&W 800D2 with 2x250 Pro CI earlier this year. Huge SQ improvement. High Fidelity Cables, Ethernet Air. Nothing else.
