As I own a Naim Muso, which is a very fine product indeed, I like to take a look now and again at their Forum which seems to suggest that here are quite a few problems with their 172 and 272 streamers particularly with newer Tidal material. I know a number of you have had frustrations with Devialet and its software development but I personally have had no issues using Tidal or Roon before or after the CI upgrade. Some Phantom owners may take issue with this but it’s always interesting to have a look at experiences elsewhere.
Still, the Naim Muso app with its integration to Tidal and ease of adding radio stations compared to Roon is a very neat product indeed and makes the Devialet control app look quite Neanderthal.
