Devialet Chat

Hello everyone..... here is my (temporary) system... in the next future I will upgrade the speakers and the placement (devialet on wall, turntable on dedicated stand...).





My System:
Analogue: Wilson Benesch Circle with ACT 0.5 arm and Benz Ace SL
Amplifier/streamer: Devialet LE 200 (as Roon endpoint)
Speakers: Totem Arro (SAMmed)
Server Audio: Intel NUC7i3 with Roon ROCK
Storage: NAS Buffalo 220DE
Contol Point: Apple iPad2 with Roon Remote
Main power cables: System&Magic BlackWire
Main filter: System&Magic BlackNoise 500

I don’t know now..... I have to check and listen to some loudspeakers, after moving to the new house my listening room is not dedicated so it’s very important to choose small models with low citical positioning.
I like Totem speakers (I owned all the models from Arro to Hawk) and I want to upgrade the performance of the good Arro, so l’m very interested in the new Tribe Tower, very small but with high specifications... but if you have somenthing else to suggest.... please let me know!

I can only see one speaker, but my guess from where it is placed is that speaker placement will trump all other variables. I would either switch to a speaker intended to be against the wall -- like a Larsen (http://www.theabsolutesound.com/articles...udspeaker/) -- or change placement and reevaluate.

Yes, you are right, is the reason why the system placement is temporary. First of all I have to change something....

Adoro il suono del Totem, se riesci a provare la Foresta con Devialet, sono una buona combinazione e puoi spostarli facilmente dopo averli ascoltati.
Il mio rivenditore non mi parla della nuova serie Tribe, complicata da inserire nella stanza. Mi ha detto che Sky Tower è molto buona.
