Do the Reactors support the physical Devialet Remote that can be used with the Phantom Premier's ?

It might just be me, but if not - then I think that's one big oversight. As expecting to unlock the phone, and open an app (and that's even IF you have your phone close by) - to just change the volume (especially when it comes to adjusting TV sound), is just overly cumbersome in my view. Nothing beats having a physical remote in front of you, that is 'ready to go'. and never really needs charging. I do understand, if the Reactors are just used for music, where volume may not be adjusted so often - but in regards to TV, this is basically a deal-breaker for me for what would have been a great audio setup!
My reactors are connected to my TV, and I use them both for music and for TV watching.
I use the remote (TV + set top box) to control the sound, no problem.
Thanks, but how does your TV remote control the phantoms volume? The phantoms don’t have IR, and the volume control on TV’s is usually disabled when optical output is being used (as it’s fixed level out). Or any I missing something here Wink
I control the volume at the set top box level, not on the TV itself.

Do you connect via optical cable from the set top box, to one of the phantoms? If so, then Im assuming you won’t be able to turn the volume up louder, than the default volume set on the phantoms, ie Level 30 from memory.
I'm assuming Teliaved is using an analogue input rather than optical.
No, optical is what I use between the TV and the left Reactor. HDMI between the set top box and the TV.
Oh, fair enough.
I think the Rector has three volume control issues.

On Apple products the app uses excessive battery even in background mode.  The battery monitor show 80% usage even when backgrounded. If I don't close the app my devices will be out of power by morning. This is a bug and needs to be fixed.

A physical remote is needed. blodsbror is 100% right using a phone app for volume control is not acceptable and limits sales.

It should be possible to use home theater remotes to control the volume. Methods to control the volume via bluetooth and wifi should be documented so devices without variable audio on optical can be used.

Totally agree. I've never understood the practicality of using a phone/app to change the volume on powered speakers such as the Phantoms. But that's just me at least Wink
