Hello,
Is it possible to determine the year of manufacture on the basis of the serial number of a Devialtet 200? The serial is 0624581.
or is April 20 2017 the date of produktion?

Hi Dieter, the Y/W indicates the date of manufacture, in your photo week 28 of 2014.
One thing to note though is that if a Devialet has had a hardware upgrade (that replaced the motherboard) this date changes to the manufacture date of the new hardware while of course the chassis is older.

I believe that to be the release date of the installed software/firmware of the device. When I just checked my Devialet I see the contents displayed in the menu has changed in version 13 so am not 100% sure but say 90%.
