Hi guys, seems my devialet phantom has a problem? because when i turn it on the woofer is vibrating/bouncin only in every 10secs without sound .does anyone experience this problem? TIA!

That's not a problem but the way that a Phantom communicates some condition, e.g. being unhappy. The reason may be that it doesn't find its Dialog, source or whatever. It also moves its woofers when you connect the remote control by turning the RC over above a Phantom.
It does no harm.
