Hi guys
I’m wondering if any of you can assist? I’m trying to determine if the esl 9 are really much better than the esl x with SAM on. Basically I have the esl x and with SAM the low end is frankly amazing for 2 8inch woofers in a relatively small cabinet and it seems that the esl 9 is mostly a step up because of its active bass section. But I’m thinking with SAM on the esl x that active bass on esl 9 isn’t really going to make any difference. Thoughts?
