TO FACE HIGH DEMAND, PHANTOM IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BY INVITATION ONLY.

The same is with Dialog...

I like my Devialet. But I don't like too mych company marketing technics...

Hey Devialet, instead of saying that Phantom is 1000 times better than ours Devialets 200 or 250 or even 800 please send US invitation to download NEW FIRMWARE FOR BEST AMPLIFIERS IN THE WORLD;-)

With SPARK compability, DSD, better AIR, no white noise...40 specialists should do it in one week...

LET'S write together a special forum email to Devialet saying what WE (users of this forum) would like to get from company in new firmware. Let's make some positive pressure;-)
I get the point! Although for me I would be happy if what I have bought actually works as it should. Specifically, I would like rapid resolution of the White noise issues with AIR, and the various Configurator issues that have been reported. Devialet have managed to develop Phantom and spark etc, whilst leaving customers who have already parted with hard cash to struggle with kit that doesn't function as advertised.

I had thought of coordinating a few forum members with a view to a gentle drip feeding of subtle posts on Devialet's Facebook page. Nothing too drastic though!

I must admit that I do feel slightly uneasy about this idea though!

I think I would first like the official view of our forum administrators with respect to what might be appropriate and what is off limits, going to far, or even a legal issue.

Although I'm fairly sure coordinating a correspondence is fine, count me in!

Let's join all of us, that want to file complaints etc, in Paris at a given time. There and then we step straight in to their office 'en masse' and face them directly!

Yeah! Let's organise a 'White Noise Demonstration' in the Rue Reamur in Paris with white balloons, wearing our Devialet upgrade Polo shirts etc....

Well I am going to a investor/partnering conference in Paris early March and I will for sure make time for a visit at their head quarters. I will for sure ask some inconvenient questions.

Great idea Mike! We could then hit the town for some excellent French cuisine and wine and have a good old jolly up! Smile
