Hello everyone.

I am new here, and I hope you guys would have the expertise to help me with my issue. I updated the firmware about 2 days ago. After update my phantom drops off the wifi, (Bluetooth pairing still works) but when I follow the instructions to setup, I get stuck on the wifi setup. I know the app is looking for phantomsetup as wifi name. But my unit broadcast as phantom-bb5a and the app just won't connect to set it up.  I notice that as part of the setup I suppose to pressed the buttons 3 times and it gives 3 clapping  noise as signal but after that no matter what I press I get 3 claps.  I hope that helps with diagnosis of whats wrong with my phantom. Thanks all in advance.

I am sorry I cannot help because I am still on DOS1.  While waiting for an answer here, suggest also contacting Devialet Support...

Had the same issue with golds.
Set them up a eventually with my wifes iphone.
It was so frustrating.myne is android 9.

Try to set them up with another phone in the same network.
Or try other os android or iphone.

I use Android and have no luck with it. So I guess I have to find an iPhone to do that then?

The positive thing is that after setup you'll see it on the android to.
