Devialet Chat

Hi.  Maybe a stupid question,  but Im very happy with my 140 Pro,  but would like to upgrade. Will the 440 pro give significant better sound?  Mostly i listen at low levels. 
My speakers are Audiovector sr1 Arreté. 

The 440 Pro will give a better bottom end at lower volumes but for the money you need to spend, I would be looking at some floor standers instead.
