Appears they consider it defective, but still working through things.

Brief update for those interested:
I’ve been provided a shipping label to return the unit to Devialet, and a replacement will be sent.

Yeah, I must say I'm very satisfied with how they handled my support in this case.  So much so, in fact, I bought another pair of Reactors (black, 900w).
