Dear all,
I'm Jean Marc, south of france, and is (mmm...no... was) happy owner of two 600 reactors since june '19.
all was perfect until Deviallet app last update.
I uploaded the app (1.11 ) and then ... nothing ... the reactors cannot be used anymore ( or randomly)
I spent more than 5 hours with Devialet customer support , trying to fix the problem.
It seems that the 1.11 update, in combinaison with the last firmware  "killed" the wifi connection , or renders it randomly.
sometimes it works using airplay (I'm full apple) but never using devialet app.
I cannot use (and so listen music ) since 5 of may, and remain without any new from devialet since one month now.
my two reactors are under garantee.
My question is:
Are some of you facing the same problem?
any ideas? suggestion?
thank for your answers and your help !
Jmarc
Same setup here. I'm using 1.11.1 ( 11023 ) Is that what you have?
I am on 1.11.1 and had only a very minor problem at the beginning solved by “resetting to factory” the devices through the web page. Do yours reactors play sound via Bluetooth fo instance?

They will but I use Air Play or UPNP.
I have had trouble with UPnP, but resetting to factory settings and recreating the stereo pair seemed to address it.

I think it’s related to the network name they are given v. what they call themselves... if you separate the stereo pair, do they behave normally during UPnP (ie. are they quick to be discovered by your app)? I found that finding a pair is much more finicky than a single device, suggesting an app issue.

I’ve had no trouble with UPNP. Using the Devialet app both units connect in stereo immediately. Not sure what you mean by “ the name they are given v what they call themselves. “ it’s possible some of the difficulties you’ve had might be internet issues.

My issues haven't been with audio quality - it's been the auto-discovery within UPnP apps.  For example, if they show up, they work great.  When they don't, reseting them and making sure the network name (the label you see when picking the UPnP output) that you enter into the Devialet app ties to what you see when you browse to the speaker's IP on the network.  For separate speakers, this issue is non-existent, so they appear much more reliably to UPnP apps.

YMMV!
