Hy Fred,
you can try to install Roon Core on your (Windows)-PC or even Roon ROCK (if hardware fits) and use AIR for Devialet, which is implemented in Roon Core itself (no external software necessary).
I have listend with both configurations (on a ASrock BeeBox) and Ethernet (RJ45) with my D400 for several years without any issue.

Re Roon, I used to run Roon server and player separetely on my previous system.
I am not interested in their interface and sound rendering.
What I am interested in is a very basic interface, even if Roon's is rich, I do not want to be disturbed by smart design, smart covers, library.
Re the sound, Roon is to romantic for me.
That is the reason why I would do to Jplay Femto or something else.
i.e. : my 250 is not a Pro, so not RAAT and Roon Ready.
As far as this Devialet is not Upnp friendly, what would be the alternative

Hy Fred,
before Roon, I used JRiver/JRemote and/or Foobar/MonkeyMode on the same PC with RJ45 and the AIR-driver from Devialet.
A good hifi-friend use the same PC also with JRiver and/or Foobar, but over USB (+ several ifi-purifiers) and the USB-driver from Devialet.

I will investigate the Jplay FEmto solution before, as I am sure of the musical rendering.
If it would not work on Air, I will try other options as JRiver.

After one week of listenig, what could I say... ?
Made a quick set-up with the DIY server, launched on Daphile throught USB bey and a printer USB cable... as I sold the previous (hifi cables & CO Super Ultimate, French Manufacturer). I is really, really good.
What a space, what a dynamic, what a transparency, what a detail.
One single box to power the speakers and to fill the 350 m3 of the living room. Wouha !!!!
Had not enough time to do more things on the system. The weather is fine and so many things to do outside.
Really waiting for bad weather conditions to do some tries with AIR through RJ45 and any compatible software.
Really excited.
It is more than working.

Incredible !!!!!
Now the system is running on upnp with Daphile (dsd, upnp plugins). It is really great.
Staying like that for few moments, will try gentooplayer-minimserver later…
