I did the upgrade this summer (very happy with it) and I still see the same prices on the Devialet Website.
Yes, it seems they are changing the prices starting with the nordic countries. Prices are up with more than 50 %

Hello, I paid 2690€ for the upgrade from LE 120 to Expert 220 Pro in 2018. Today the upgrade costs 2990 €, I don't think that's that bad (especially in the hi-fi high-end area)!
Maybe they´re trying this way to improve the new equipment selling and avoid the so-called second hand equipment devaluation.
The upgrade in the nordic countries from 120 to 220 is now €4500. From 800 to 1000 it is €10000, which is more than going from two dpremieres to 1000pro. Give or take regarding currency conversion.
And it may very well depend on the used market where it has been rather cheap to buy used and upgrade instead of buying new

Can that be because of the euro?
I really don't know. It seems like all prices in Euro still are the same, as in UK. In Sweden, Norway and Denmark the prices are up.
There are several cheaper Devialet 220 Pro / Core Infinity amplifiers available second hand (on Hifishark) than the price of upgrade in Nordic countries. :-o
400 to 440 is appr. €8000. Rather steep...
