Hi guys,

the last month once in a while Roon loses connection with my D220. Al other equipment still has connection, except for the D220. Unplugging the D220 of my Bonn N8 switch helps most of the time to reestablish the connection. But of course i want to prevent this from happening at all.

I connected the D220 to my Bonn N8 switch with an audioquest ethernet cable. My Roon NUC is also connected with ethernet to the same switch.

Anny suggestions?

You mean a different output on the same switch?

I would start off by testing if it is just Roon that loses connection of whether the problem is actually router that drops the connection and then Roon drops it as a result.
So next time the amp disappears from Roon, log into your router config and go and see if it is still on the list of connected devices.
Everything keeps working. So i can still use roon and send music to the sonos that i have. Somonly the Devialet disappears.

Disconnect the power cable from the 220 for 10 seconds
Also disable DHCP and assign a fixed IP to the Devialet.

That is fine as it means Roon still works. You need to take the fault finding up a notch and establish if it is just Roon losing the Devialet or if it is the Devialet that actually drops off your home network.

Looks like the Devialet drops off the home network. When it happens a sign appears in the Devialet screen that there is no connection.
