Devialet Chat

Hello all,
conf : two gold, optical feed on left and Ethernet between both. I don't change the position of the speakers.

Since I've removed my dialog, My system is lacking of bass (compare to before), maybe coming after recent SW update;
1) the night setting on the app does not change anything,
2) when I applied reversed polarity on one channel, the bass are more present.
3) I'm trying also to apply loudness plugins, but the impact is low.

Anybody experiment this ?

Have you tried resetting your speakers to default?

Yes indeed... no change.
Concerning night mode setting, absolutely no change on the bass content. Can you hear the "quiet" mode?
I'm wondering if I'm not stuck in night mode...
Any trick to force normal mode?

I would have thought that returning to factory default would correct that issue. Time to contact Devialet Support?
