Hi everyone,

New owner of a stereo pair of reactors 98db.

I have one problem. The right one in my stereo set up does not want to go into stand by mode.
When I press the button on the back for a good 2 seconds, It does give me the sound signal that it goes into stand by, but then it reboots after like a minute or two automatically. I don’t have that problem with my left reactor.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I feel like I don’t want to keep them on all of the time but it seems like I have no option. I have contacted Devialet and they asked me to send a bug report (which I did). After that they asked me to send a bug report via ethernet cables. That is something I cannot do as my router is fixed in a very narrow space with very short cables, so they cannot be implemented in the reactors.

On that note, what is you guy’s opinion on leaving them on all of the time. From what I’ve seen I’m hearing mixed reports. Also, I would just like to have the option to put them into stand by when I want.. I’d like them to work just fine..

Apart from this problem, all works very well and am pleased with them.

Thanks
I didn't even know there were buttons on the back… Smile

Ha, so I guess you’re in the camp of never shutting them things off. Guess I could do that..
