Full Version: A registered product with that serial number already exists.

Just bought a used Devialet, owner passed on the original purchase receipt.

However when I go to the online configurator to add the product I get the message "A registered product with that serial number already exists."

Do I need to call Devialet to resolve this?
The original owner registered it. Contacting Devialet is a good idea.
I've asked the original owner to de-register it.

is it working now?
Awesome DelaneyB, novak logged into his account and deleted the associated Devialet 120. Registered it in my account now!
