I saw this morning, but can't find it now, a post on the Roon Community said reporting that the latest version of Roon fixed the crackling sound many of us have experienced when streaming (especially higher rez files).

I gave up and switched to a Zen Stream (HIGHLY recommended), but wondering if anyone here can report of if the Roon update helped?

NOT FIXED on Expert 120. Crackling still there when upsampling to 24/192 with Roon.  Back to the Zen Stream.
