Give them a full factory reset and install them again.
No problem here at all.

Hello, @Johnnydev

Would you please tell me how to proceed full factory reset for Phantom I w/ DOS2 ?

I did google it, but it seems to have three different versions, I don't know which one is correct.
Method 1: Quick click back button tree times.
Method 2: Quick click back button five times.
Method 3: Long press back button for 10 seconds.

Thank you!

Haha, yes, it's a bit confusing with different generations of info out there.  The short answer is (3).  Scroll to the very bottom of this page and you'll find an example of the "Sound Design" you will get upon a successful reset (takes less than 10 seconds on mine).

Yes (3) is the goal. By me also less then 10 seconds) after about 1or2 seconds you get a sound and then a few seconds later another sound en then it’s done
Installation is also easier with the new software/firmware. you don't have to touch the phantoms anymore.

(3) is the way to go also worked for me I find out that one of the speakers was still on previous software once other was updated but now after successful update all works fine in ROON but airplay sucks so bad.. When I play movie through Apple TV left speaker does crazy chunking sound or almost disappearing then at some point L&R get out of sync so you hear delay between them.
How more bad can it get… PS I had not such a problem on the old software. According to ARCH if someone is desperate to change settings but we can’t since app its crashing down so there is workaround if you hold arch button and setup arch again where you can chose LINE,PHONO or DIGITAL.
i had some really bad stuttering, audio repeating for micro seconds left and right popping about every 5 seconds after the update. restarted the phantoms twice and it seems to be better now. just posting here for anyone experiencing similar.

i was almost wrecked. took me an hour to figure this out. fingers crossed

If you have problems like that Give them a full factory reset and install them again. Only restarting is not enough.

It is very easy with the new software/firmware.

Close the app, pusch on the backbotton for 5-10seconds until you have heard two different sounds. Do this also with the other phantoms.
Open the devialet app again and follow the instructions. It takes max 2 minutes.
okay the glitches returned. did the 10 second factory install and reset up the phantoms and the glitches are still there.

checked with two other sources over WiFi and the only source that glitches is the new ipad pro.

associated with the glitches is the sound quality is definitely lower quality compared to bluetooth from my phone. 1st time bluetooth beat airplay in my experience.
