Hi there.

Suddenly my 400s will power off and back on again without warning. It's not a power issue: I've eliminated that as a cause.

The master will cut out and then the slave will follow. Both restart seconds later.

Doubt it is a heat problem. Room temp is 22C and there is more than 2.5cm spacing between the devices.

It looks like an issue with the master. If I were you, I would set them both up as stereo amps for a few days and see whether it is just the one amp that has the issue. Then send that one for repair.

Resetting both uniits. Have had an similar prob.

Could be an issue with one of the SD cards, or one of the SD card readers.

Have you got a spare SD card you can load the config file onto to try?

I've been having similar random switching off for months and have tried everything to no avail - has anyone found a solution?
