Yes, EQ text file should be added to the SD card  in the same (root) folder as the CFG file. Not in a sub folder.

-10 dB and 49Hz at which Q-factor? All three is needed to get it right

-10 db at 45hz but what does the q factor mean? And what values to put in?
I've done it.
Copied and pasted the EQ text file to the root directory of an SD card with already setting file copied onto it.

Done it quite a few times and every time have the message WRONG FILE contact customer service!

I'm really fed up with it already, and I'm quite handy with pc anyway.

What the he'll I'm doing wrong here???
REW should tell you which Q value to put in. Q-factor defines how wide the adjustment is i.e. how frequencies close to the 'centre' frequency are affected. A value of 1 is fairly wide, 15 is very narrow. A Q of 1 with 45Hz will also affect 100Hz (and 20), while Q15 will just touch 50Hz a little
I just moved house and have not yet re-connected my network and storage so I don't have access to my files. Sorry I can't help you further. Hopefully someone using Sweet Room can chime in and help

Not sure it will help, but you can find examples of such files in some threads related to sweet room like this post: https://devialetchat.com/Thread-Sweet-Ro...3#pid97023

Here is my config:

Please notice:
- default / main-config is with correction, "alternative"-config is without correction
- with default-settings for the remote, the right button will switch the EQ-settings, the tone-menu is on long-press on middle-button
- EQ only works for speaker-output, not for PRE-out
- if you are using SAM, only EQ 1-4 (or 1-5, i´m not sure) will work - other EQ-filters will be ignored

Hope, this will help...

atb, Tom
Ive done some more testing.
Put amplifier config then EQ file (simple level 1 with -10db at 45 Hz q factor 10).
This time the EQ seems working as it show up on the display when starting (DSP CONFIG) and also when go into the long press on the right button shows EQ there.

BUT-the actual amplifier configuration seems lost as there are no settings I've made and no Sam available.

Seems like the EQ works but ignoring amplifier settings altogether and works on default factory setting.

It is really annoying if I'm honest as these amplifiers are far from cheap or even competetive in price to others on the market....

Could someone be so kind and show me how their files look like when you first open the SD card (with both files visible with its names???
Also where do I find the q factor suggestion in REW?
It loks rather complicated to me...
Thanks god.
FINALLY managed to get it working.
It seems like need to do everything in this exact order.

1.Format sd card
2.Make an amplifier settings file (it comes up default in my case was dp_cfg (69)
3.Copy the dp_cfg (69) amp file to the SD card
4.Once the above amp setting file copied delete the end number (69) in my case so it looks like this dp_cfg
5.Last stage copy the EQ text settings file to the SD card.

It only the above way worked for me.
