Hi,
I have not read about it here but Franck Lebouchard, Devialet’s President and CEO has hinted to next « Devialet’s revolution » in a month and a half on September 22nd, 2022, here on Europe 1 (around 10 minutes): https://www.europe1.fr/emissions/la-fran...on-4135970
Might be today's Phantom theatre announcement (although I'm not sure that's revolutionary...the Devialet marketing team never shy away from using dramatic terms!)
Neither the most affordable.
Seems dedicated to professional though, so maybe we’re in for a real surprise.
Thinking about it, headphones would make sense.
So the first clue I see and a date: November 7th.

That is so Devialet... metamorphosis? from what? to what? for the life of me, I just don't get their advertising/marketing strategy. Nov 7th isn't far off and the idea of headphones just might make sense.
I agree. Senseless luxury commercial communication. Why not? As long as the products work and sound good...
Well, that made me think of speaker’s fabric… so maybe we are in for a smaller phantom?
See you on Monday!
Teasing email in my mailbox. Marked as SPAM as always with Devialet though…
The (not working) URL reads « DiabloTeasing » so maybe Diablo is the product name or internal name.
Last week I received in my inbox the Phantom Theater for Professional installation. Might be this?

The picture looks like a 360 degree ambient speaker like beosound

That bluetooth speaker thing for everybody  Big Grin
A true mobile high-end speaker is something missing in Devialet's portfolio to my understanding.
I would expect not only Bluetooth 5.0 but Airplay 2 as well. A high protection class, at least IPx4, against dust and water would make sense.
