The great Achilles heel of Devialet is their software support. They have abandoned the Expert series and my Dione is once more no longer paired to my Virgin remote for volume control. Another new product might spread what little resources they have too far
That compagny send things on the marked , but they Don,t fix ploblems vith, configurator ,or other things , i must say hurra hurra becorse they give a shit to there expert clients , Well done Devialet.
Very sad indeed how they treat their loyal long time customers
