I haven't been here for a while (about 6 years!) because I've been on the hifi merry-go-round, changing everything a number of times.
I used to have a D400 driving some Dali Epicon 2's, but when I had SAM enabled they sounded awful. For some strange reason, I thought it was a good idea to get rid of the lot and start again.
I have just purchased a 2nd hand 250 which has not been upgraded to the latest CI spec. I got it for a steal. I always liked the different styling of the D premier when they came out, but couldn't afford one.
I am loving the sound of the 250 driving a pair of Monitor Audio PL100 and using a Michell gyrodec with an SME IV arm and an Eversolo DMP A6 for streaming.
What I really want to know is if there is any way of disabling the unused inputs so that I don't have to scroll through all the inputs to find the ones I want. I thought that by disabling them in the configurator would do the trick, but it hasn't.
Apologies for the long post for a simple question!
Disabling inputs in the configurator must do the trick.
Are you sure that you save on SD the correct configuration and that Devialet is loading that configuration file (at startup, the name you gave to the configuration appears on the display)?
Thanks for replying.
You're right, it was just me being stupid.
I just did this very same thing last night. Was easy enough to disable all unwanted inputs via the configurator. It had been 4 years or so since I last loaded a config and thought I had forgotten, but luckily it’s a pretty straight forward process.

I feel like if devialet had stayed on top of updating the expert line and software, this could all be done now via an app vs having to load the sod card from a separate pc.

I’m keeping my hope up that they resume the love for the expert line at some point.
Ya keep pinging the support about it! There is always hope
