No promise. They only confirmed the order. I just bought a pair of Elevates in mid December and they shipped and arrived within the week of ordering (isn’t modern shipping absolutely incredible?), so I expected the same. And was not worried, based upon expectations. Impressed by Elevates, but experience with Golds short term is much better. More forward... and curiously much higher levels at same number. Need about 10 points higher on Elevates than Golds... which seems curious...

The Golds are rated at 7db higher, for max volume, but that difference is also reflected throughout the volume range.
