I lost my hope a few months ago, so I decided to ask for a refund, which I did about 2 months ago. (Even they offered refund for customers when its release was delayed 2nd time.) I got promises three times that my refund would be processed that week, etc. The last response was almost 3 weeks ago. I have not had any answer to my emails since. Total silence. Unfortunately, I think I was scammed by the Arvus company and can say good-bye to my money. Be aware of that company! RE: Arvus H1-D - booshtukka - 10-May-2025 Yes I agree - I WhatsApp with the founder and he’s still promising it next week, but they make promise after promise and miss every deadline. They basically don’t respond anymore, and the company appears to have been dissolved in the UK and in New Zealand. So disappointing. @genzo @Neuroman have you had any better luck? I hope they succeed, but they really were not prepared for the trouble the chosen software solution would cause. |
