I had the same shhhh sound issue coming from the center channel every time I use the Dolby Atmos content or the devialet space function, first of all, Devialet sent me a Dione with a different serial number than the one in the invoice, I contacted them and explained the issue and they decided to exchange mi dione
Now, the new dione arrived, but it has the same problem as the other, every time I watch a movie or listen to Dolby Atmos music and the volume is at 70 or more, that shhhh sound comes out from the center channel but when I set the volume to 60 or lower, the problem disappears and no matter the source, airplay, bluetooth or HDMI.
i'm thinking this is more a firmware issue than a hardware issue

Check for the temperature. I got the impressiion there is some protection circuit.
When I play Dune 1 very loud the Dione last only 2/3 of the movie.
And just to highlight - still not any firmware update after 2,5 years. No functional fixes.
Devialet gives a shit on user after sale. Just in case of hardware warranty it is different.
I am waiting of something similar by another brand....
So think about if you really like to keep it.
