AIR and Windows 10 - AlexS - 08-Jun-2015
Since I was offered a free Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 by Microsoft, I asked Devialet Support if AIR is compatible with the new version of Windows. I'm quoting their reply below:
"At the moment AIR® is not compatible with windows 10. We will however keep you informed as soon as a version of AIR®, compatible, will be released."
Thought I would forward this along, as I'm sure the same question will arise in many minds.

Out of interest, I tried DevialetAIR-2.1.4-beta4 over Ethernet on a Windows 10 system (Technical Preview) and it seemed to work as well as (or as imperfectly) as on Windows 8.

With all the white noise issues I'm not sure what versions of Windows (or OS-X) Devialet actually is compatible with.

The free Win10 upgrade offer popup today. I re-arrange my equipments around once more for better AIR wifi reception to my router and when playing Tidal lossless using Roon, I believe I can hear more details and everything seems clearer. Just hope Devialet can make AIR better and more reliable. I would prefer AIR over USB.

May I ask how you accessed the 2.1.4 beta package? I'm also running a couple of W10 devices and would gladly give it a try.
