Blue & Lonesome from an unknown bluesband somewhere from the UK. Over 70 years old guys and wow.....rather good.

Stumbled across this completely by accident on Qobuz. French electronic music, quite ambient and melodic with some nice textures and bass lines.

Right, moved in to something much harder!  Tongue

I saw these guys play in Fabric a few years back. It was basically a live set and they were creating techno on the fly. Was hugely impressed so when I came across this Fabric compilation a few months ago I snapped it up.

A few weeks ago I went to the Mullumbimby music festival. There was this big hairy Canadian there by the name of Matt Andersen. He's got an incredibly powerful voice and just him and his acoustic guitar were a delight to listen to and for me the highlight of the festival. I bought his only CD available (forgot the name of it) which was a studio recording with a complete band. Not bad but not what I so enjoyed at the festival. So I went onto Tidal and found 'Live from the Phoenix theatre'. It's very much what I heard at Mullumbimby with only the odd extra sax or harmonica thrown in. Well worth a listen.

Yello "Toy" (Qobuz)

Thought I'd give this a whirl after having seen it mentioned elsewhere on DC a few times. Great fun so far -- good to hear Malia as a guest vocalist on a few tracks. This album could have been made to show off the 440 Pro's strengths, I think.
