RE: What album are you listening tonight? - K4680 - 26-Jul-2017 Arne Domnérus Jazz at the Pawnshop, well-groomed jazz without too much corners and edges What album are you listening tonight? - LBameule - 27-Jul-2017 Duncan Sheik – Duncan Sheik. CD. Yes, his first album, the one with "Barely Breathing" that catapulted him to stardom. The rest of the album is of a similar (IMHO) high qualuty, although somewhat mellower and slower most of the time. Great for after dinner, ha! Nice, well produced "leaning towards pop" songs. They are are more than ably assisted by bassist ISLA ECKINGER & drummer/percussionist JARROD CAGWIN. What album are you listening tonight? - LBameule - 29-Jul-2017 Passengers movie soundtrack, 1 – basically U2 and Brian Eno. CD rip. More Eno than U2, and beautiful. You'll surely recognise "Miss Sarajevo" (where Luciano Pavarotti sings the middle eight), but there's a lot of other really good stuff. RE: What album are you listening tonight? - thumb5 - 30-Jul-2017 Villa-Lobos and Brouwer Etudes for guitar, Joaquín Clerch (CD rip) Masterful playing and interpretation of these studies.
