After almost 50 years, Black Sabbath 2017 celebrated their final farewell to the music world. The British heavy metal legends, however, do not go back without looking back to their work, for example with "The Ten Year War".

A nice slice of 1980s nostalgia. Haven't listened to it for a while, and the production quality is pleasingly as clean as I remembered.

Shock, horror: an ECM album on a streaming service! Actually I was tipped off to look into this by a report on the Roon forum that ECM albums are showing up on Tidal, which after a quick look seems to be the case also for Qobuz. That would be a big turn-round -- and gives me quite a bit of catching-up to do!

Discovered this by accident, and liking it very much so far. Vocals by Maynard James Keenan of Tool fame, but this is generally rather more melodic and easier on the ear. Super production and recording.
