It would be very useful if I could configure two Outputs.
1x Mono Subwoofer output
1x Stereo Preamp- Output for Headphones.

Why not wire your subwoofer across your loudspeaker terminals, thus leaving your pre-amp outputs wholly for headphones?

Because I want to use a High-Pass filter on the mains.
