Update - the Highface 2 Jesus at Sonore suggested solved my issues with the Micro Rendu in Squeezelite mode. It's not an elegant fix, but it works. First night listening sounds a tad darker, but we'll see what the next few days bring. The Rendu is feeding the High Face which is connected to my 120 with an Orchid (Kimber) D-60 cable. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions on this issue.

Sorry Guys for not responding so long - business duties.
The problem was in JRiver's "Options" - I had to change the default usb device manualy into Devialet.
