Phantom with network problems - CroBoo - 04-Sep-2016

Hello from Munich!

Since a few weeks I use my Devialet phantom only by bluetooth.
The reason: it seems not possible for me to integrate it into my home network.
After starting installation process by pushing the button once (sometimes) the connections name appears in the wifi list.
Always the system fails, when I choose it.
I've tried it again and again all the day long without success. 


The Phantom is my first and only device in which network integration doesn't work.

Please, here are any users with more experiences in installing the Phantom.
I would be very thankful for your help.

Hi,

Have you installed Spark ?

Your Phantom/Dialog have to be plugged in using an Ethernet RJ45 cable to your Router/Switch
In any case, you won't see the Phantom listed in Windows network viewer unlike the other devices in your network environment.
