For those who ordered the upgrade, did you do it through your dealer or the Devialet website? And when did you get charged for your order? Was it when the units were picked up, on the way back, etc?

As my original dealer seemed not to fit the current Devialet profile (despite spending considerable time and effort in promoting the brand), they disappeared in last year's cull of UK dealers.

So, in the absence of an accessible nearby dealer ( I do live, after al,l almost 10 miles from central London!), I ordered online and the payment appeared immediately on my credit card account.

There seems to have been some logistical problems with UPS to the UK, so it was almost two weeks after my online order and payment that the units were collected.

For those who ordered the upgrade, when you sent the Devialet, did you include also the original power cable, manuals and gloves?

Power cable (it is also upgraded) and remote, but not the gloves, manual or bag. If you upgrade they give you details of what should be included with the unit.

Thanks, my dealer don´t give me details and i´m not sure if he knows

How should I pack my Expert so it travels safely?

Place your Expert, power cable and the remote in its original casing and seal with tape. Place the casing in cardboard box provided.

I ordered the upgrade through my dealer. Yesterday the 220PRO arrived back at my dealer, after 14 days.

Whether the D220 is complete new nor the remote is new (there was a scratch on the remote - it´s still there).

I asume that if you dont have all the boxes for the amps Devialet will fix that? I have four boxes for my D400, two black and two ordinarie cardboard boxes but is there a bigger box that can hold both amps? I bought my 200 and Companion at seperate times.
