IPad/phone app not working - Axel - 01-Nov-2014

Hi,

Suddenly neither my iPad or iPhone will link to my amp using the Devialet app.

I have made sure that it is enabled in the configurator.

Anyone else had a problem with this, or know a fix, please?

Hello Axel,

Is your Devialet on a wired or wireless network?

Do you know whether it has an IP address on your network? You can find out from the information menu (https://help.devialet.com/entries/23423196-How-to-access-the-Information-Menu).

Hi Ian,

I only have it connected on a wireless network, and, yes it does have its own IP address.
