A nice review on Enjoy The Music appeared of a 'Micro Zuma C.A.P.S. v3 Audio Server with JPLAY, a SOtMtX-USBexp audiophile PCI-E To USB Audio Card, and HDPLEX Linear Power Supply'.
It's similar to the machine I built. And I know others here run similar setups as well. Some popular things the author "forgot" are Windows Server 2012 R2 + Audiophile Optimizer (AO) and an audiophile SATA cable (by PPA Audio or JCat) that would have gotten him even further.
