Thanks. But i am not sure it shows under playback devices in control panell at all.I will check it out tonight.

Just wanted to thank everyone for help .Foobar 200 with wasapi plugin through devialet and controled by foobar android remote app up and running well although i still preffer sound quality from youtube (tv) through optical (glass) cable.
