Provided the "CRCxxxx" in the config files is directly related to CRC output of the algorithms it should be possible to find which is used. If Devialet does additional processing of the CRC code in config files to perform further obfuscation it will be difficult to reverse.

I may try that if I can find such a skilled person in my area. In the meantime, can you direct me to any reading about how thoe measurements are done inpractice?
