Looks very nice indeed, but according to this http://www.superbestaudiofriends.org/index.php?threads/nativ-vita-crowdfunded-streamer.5289/ it's not fast enough. Also midi (as linked by alandbush above) found the Vita buggy and returned it...

I don't get the design concept.
I imagine I would connect it to devialet via the balanced XLR and then end up using the remote app on my iDevice.
So what is the point of having a nice big touch screen which won't be usable from the seating position as ideally the Vita needs to sit close to the system to connect to the rest of the audio system (in our case Devialet) via digital interconnect?

are you sure? Many people said AIR is better than cable connection to Devialet.

It looks like Crux is just the (Australian?) distributor.
The manufacturer appears to be Nativ:

No linked reviews though claimed press coverage from AudioStream and DigitalAudioReview but these may simply be press release extracts.
The music player appears to be about a year old and with what appears to be no reviews, no tangible contact details and no UK distributor it is probably not worth thinking about at this stage.
