Am considering Phantoms and in answer to a networking issue my salesman contacted a senior fellow within Roon who volunteered that Roon Ready will be coming to the Phantoms this year. This guy also said he is planning to purchase Phantoms to use with Roon when the update is issued.
Until this update arrives, I understand the Roon Rock will only communicate by Airplay. Is this correct?

I am in the same position as your salesman, I do not own Phantoms yet. I admire the Phantom design immensely, I just wish Devialet would sort the time domain response in the internal DSP.
My understanding is that Airplay is the only decent alternative for Roon with Phantoms at this time.
