I also have to add that right from when I sent my original question to their customer support department, they have been extremely responsive in tackling my setup issues first-hand. When I say 'they', I actually mean Lucas whose help has been beyond reproach. He couldn't do enough to assist me - and even followed up his original advice by contacting me afterwards to find out just how my system was faring.
I can only give Lucas and his expert team 100% for assistance. (I write in French below, so that others from Devialet can understand implicitly what I wish to thank them for).
Je dois également ajouter que dès que j'ai envoyé ma question initiale à leur service de 'Customer Support' , ils ont été extrêmement réactifs pour résoudre mes problèmes de configuration de première main. Quand je dis 'ils', je veux dire en fait Lucas dont l'aide a été irréprochable. Il ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour m'aider - et a même suivi son conseil initial en me contactant par la suite pour savoir comment se portait mon système .
Je ne peux que donner à Lucas et à son équipe d'experts 100% d'assistance. (J'écris en français ici, afin que les autres de Devialet puissent comprendre implicitement ce pour quoi je souhaite les remercier) .
