My reactor is not working. disconnecting from the power supply for 24 hours did not bring any results! the system operates only at low power. if you turn up the volume, the reactor mutes the sound on the first bass attack!

Welcome to the forum. Try reset
Press and hold the rear button for 7 seconds. Phantom Reactor will play the “Standby mode” sound after 2 seconds (cf. Standby mode), and the factory reset sound after 7 seconds.
Otherwise, suggest contacting Devialet Support.

Very sad, I took the reactor with me on vacation. Away from civilization enjoyed the sound just one day.

Hello! My reactor came to life! The reason for the malfunction is that I took it with me on vacation to the Maldives. electricity is generated by generators on the islands. most likely the voltage in the network did not match 220v. therefore, when the load on the reactor amplifier was turned off. I returned to my homeland, the reactor is working properly! Thanks for your advice! Devialet makes awesome systems!
