phantom reactor setup problem - adyion - 21-Mar-2020
hello. i bought from the internet a Devialet Phantom Reactor 900. when i turn on the led blinking 7,8 time and then stops, no sound, no solid light , nothing. I cant conect.
I try to reset but again, non response from devialet speaker.
what is the reason why?

Depends on the colour of the LED.
INDICATOR LIGHT
White
Flashing: Phantom Reactor is booting up.
Solid: Phantom Reactor is on and ready for use.
Green
Flashing: Phantom Reactor is preparing for set up / set up has already commenced.
Solid: Phantom Reactor is on and ready for setup.
Blue
Flashing slowly: Bluetooth pairing mode enabled. Flashes twice: Bluetooth connection successful.
Orange
Flashing: Network connection lost.
Solid: Thermal protection mode on. Please unplug and wait for Phantom Reactor to cool down.
Violet
Solid: Phantom Reactor is performing a factory reset.

after 7 led blinkind the led it s off, no colour, no any light.

The LED that is blinking 7 times must have a colour or white

For reseting dialog was used method plug and unplug power more then 5 time
Try connect reactor to internet by wire and plug power 5s wait unplug power 5s wait, 5 - 7 times repeat and you se if led bliking purple red

no reaction when try to reset, no reaction when try what you says.
does anyone needs service procedure ever? I want to send at devialet service but there is no official service in my country. anyway i dont have warranty for it.

Have you contacted Devialet Support? It does not matter if it is out of warranty.
